How can we propel the clean fuel and technology revolution?

Energy generated by non-renewables such as coal, gas and oil accounts for around 60 per cent of total global greenhouse gas emissions. You can help build a sustainable future for our planet by using your #SkillsForSustainability to improve access, affordability and reliability of modern and sustainable energy sources.

How can we make cities inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable?

The number of people living in urban areas is expected to grow to 5 billion by 2030. The challenges raised by urbanization include congestion, a shortage of adequate housing, declining infrastructure and increased air pollution.  Use your #SkillsForSustainability to improve the cities and communities of tomorrow.

How can we do more and better with less?

With the world’s population projected to grow to 9.6 billion by 2050, the equivalent of almost three planets could be required to provide the natural resources needed to sustain current lifestyles. Earth’s natural resources – including water, energy and food – need to be managed more sustainably. Build your #SkillsForSustainability and help improve resource and energy efficiency.

How can we conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas and marine resources?

The world’s oceans are vital for sustaining life on this planet. They regulate global systems that make our planet habitable, including our climate, food and oxygen. We must act now to reduce marine pollution, address the impacts of ocean acidification and end destructive fishing practices. Could your #SkillsForSustainability help to build a sustainable future for our oceans?
