PROJECT TIMELINE
Aiming to deploy an integrated Product Lifecycle Management solution the Production and Product Design Engineering of Paris-Est Marne La-Vallée University decided to employ Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE software. The purpose of this Digital Tool is to set up a single platform whose function is to manage, generate and use technical data throughout the life of all Master Projects. The implementation of this software allowed the complete replacement of various tools used previously  such as Excel, SolidWorks, CATIA V5, Windchild, MEGA. This is intended to standardize the process of solution conception, allowing to track the Key Performance Indicators evaluating their progress and making decisions in anticipation of possible tasks that may compromise project development. In this sense, the clients are therefore the service managers but also all the students joining the Master. This deployment being part of one of the projects assumed by the university 2018-2019 was divided into 3 phases.
