Calculation and automation of design for horizontal double roller gear reducer box

We are students at Ha Noi University of Science and Technology in Viet Nam. This project is used visual basic programming embaced in SolidWorks API to automate design.Our teacher program software calculate the basic data input to roller gear then export into excel file and automate open SolidWorks.Then the code was programed in SolidWorks API continue calculate another the data,auomative draw each part and assembly to a completive reducer box.  Currently, there are some oversea companies producing this reducer type with single or double transmissions. In the meantime, there is a few of research projects in Vietnam go to experimental making of single roller gear reducer box. For the aim of research and making of double roller gear reducer box, this project created a method of calculation design and a software of design automation for this reducer box type.
