Compact Paper Re-cycling Machine
Paper Recycling made simplified & affordable
India
PROJECT TIMELINE
Paper re-cycling has been topic of great importance in a while. Producing recycled paper involves between 28-70% less energy consumption than virgin paper and uses less water. This is because most of the energy used in paper making is the pulping needed to turn wood into paper. Recycled paper produces fewer polluting emissions to air and water. In the design of our compact paper recycling machine we have integrated all the individual processes that were to be carried out separately in order to recycle the paper. We have tried to keep the cost at minimum, so that this machine will be affordable to the small as well as large scale industries so that they could recycle their own paper. The total manufacturing cost of the machine is only Rs.13300 (190 USD). The aim of our project is to design a robust and efficient paper recycling machine with minimum human intervention at the lowest cost possible. The objective of our project is to make the process of paper recycling from hectic, expensive to more simpler and economic.
