Dumping Machine (APSSDC)

Introduction:-  A dumping machine or multi direction dumper is a vehicle designed for carrying bulk material, often on building sites.  A dump truck is a truck used for transporting loose material (such as sand, gravel, or demolition waste) for construction.  A typical dump truck is equipped with an open-box bed, which is hinged at the rear and equipped with hydraulic pistons to lift the front, allowing the material in the bed to be deposited ("dumped") on the ground behind the truck at the site of delivery.In this dumping machine the dumper unload the material in four way direction and there are two long pivot points at the edges and the rod is inserted to connect the both top section and lower section.so that it connects and the load lifting occurs with the support of hydraulic cylinder.So that the place where we require i.e, a particular location,so that we can complete the work in short period and avoid the unexpected accidents which caused many deaths.Now a days most of the people are preferring for easy and convenient work,It increases the rate of production because of avoiding traffic when unloading condition and more flexible. Problem statement:- 1. Now a days unloading the dumping material is a problem, due to heavy traffic. 2. It takes more time to unload the material in a constrained space. 3. While unloading, the driver cannot see the entire unloading area. 4. Servo based systems are not available and are costly. 5. Heavy loads can't be managed, because it is of low capacity when compared to updated dumping machine. 6.Sometimes we need extra man power to guide the driver to drop the load in particular space. conclusion:- The time duration is generally high because of high movability when required to certain particular position in normal dumping machine.In this dumping  machine, the time consumption is very less as compared to normal dumping machine because it offers multiple direction unloading and increases productivity.                         It carry out the activities which cannot be done on normal dumping machine and maintain the planned rate of production.The accuracy of maintaining the angle for unloading the material at particular or required place in very less time which can be done by this hydraulic dumping machine.                         The rate of output is normal as compared to this hydraulic dumping machine and this multi direction  dumping machine consumes less time to unload the material from the dumper which increases the production and reduces the overall costs especially for large contracts.                         In normal dumping machine,the two man power are required,who are skilled at work.One is regulating the hydraulic machine by operating the levers of the dumper while the other is to observe the dumping position of material at required place where the owner needs it.In this dumping machine,there is no such special assistance is required to observe the dumping position because as long as it moves in multiple direction ,the driver can observe by his own from the driving place itself. Because of single manpower,there is a chance to reduce the expensives.                         If u compare normal dumping machine with an hydraulic dumping machine you would realize that,hydraulic dumping  machine offers high manevarablity.Even in small areas it is more flexible  and it is quick and  safety process without any brutal accidents.
