Hydraulic Crane -APSSDC

Hydraulic Crane is used for the construction works. we can see it is limited to only with one tool such as bucket used for excavating. We as a group found a solution for hydraulic crane with adding some more additional tools according to the usage for the construction works. Tools included for this are as follows 1.Breaker, 2.Earth Auger 3.Small Bucket. We are adding these tools to make the work simple for not using many machines and can reduce the manpower for the operating of the machines as well cost efficient. A breaker is a powerful percussion hammer fitted to an excavator for demolishing concrete structures or rocks.  It is powered by an auxiliary hydraulic system from the excavator, which is fitted with a foot-operated valve for this purpose. Demolition crews employ the rock breaker for jobs too large for jackhammering or areas where blasting is not possible due to safety or environmental issues. Rock breakers are widely used in mining and landscaping applications. Although it can be both stationary and mobile, the rock breaker is most commonly used as a mobile tool because it is more flexible. An auger is used for digging post holes is called an earth auger, in construction augers are used for special drilling rigs to dig holes. Augerating for deep foundation piles. Another use is for piles forming a piling retaining wall, which can be constructed in the same way as foundation piles. Small or mini excavating buckets are used for digging holes such as sewage pipelines, water pipelines and telephone transmission cables. The width is limited so that holes are smaller and easy to excavate.
