Mechatronic Design Project

Last semester, I passed the Mechatronic Design course at the university. The main project was: To design an intelligent prototype vehicle. The traction of the vehicle is provided by six persons pedaling at the same time. If the vehicle climbing a hill, the traction force probably is reduced by the gradeability. Therefore, the speed sensor sends a signal to the controller (computer).  Then the computer turns on two DC motors coupled to the wheels. Both motors it would help to the passengers to pedal and climb the hill. The CAD design activity was performed in CATIA V5 and the simulation in Adams View software.
