PROJECT TIMELINE
This is a Low Bypass dual spool after burning turbojet engine designed by MTE propulsion . MTE is a senior design team at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University . This engine was designed for strike fighter aircraft designed by Fire 4 Effect aerospace engineering team. The engine produces 21600 lbs of thrust has a variable geometry nozzle and can outfitted with a inlet ramp system to fly at supersonic speeds. The overall pressure ration is 24:1, bypass ration of .95. The Length is 200 inches and casing diameter is 36 inches. This engine features an annular combustion chamber , fan, compressor, high pressure turbine, low pressure turbine, afterburner and nozzle. Each rotor ans stator blade is created as per dimensions given by performance software by Dr. jack Mattingly.
