SATURN V

Saturn V, an astonishing journey from dreams to reality which stuns many so far by its achievement. Being an aspiring student in the field of Aerospace and keen interest towards the rocketry, I found this to be very selective decision to express my skills in the design challenge. This rocket was built to send people to the moon by NASA, falls under the category of Heavy Lift Vehicle which is the most powerful rocket that had ever flown successfully. The Saturn V rocket was 111 meters tall, about the tallness of a 36-story-tall building, and 18 meters taller than the Statue of Liberty. When completely filled for liftoff, it weighed 2.8 million kilograms. The surprising fact, it could dispatch around 43,500 kilograms to the moon.
