ABOUT
PROJECT TIMELINE
VERTICAL SMART PARKING SYSTEM is a parking area where we can park more no. of cars in the parking area of  4 cars. This parking system is portable too. The paternoster is an example of the earliest and most common types of automatic parking system. It is generally powered by electric motors that move vehicles into a storage position. Car parking systems can be traditional or automated. In this age of too many cars and too less space to park them on a busy weekend. It can be used in Malls, Offices, Busy streets, e.t.c. It can be constructed to be automatic by using the low cost sensors, real-time data and applications that allow users to monitor available and unavailable parking spots. This system works vertically and it can store up to 10 cars in a small area. This parking system can reduce traffic by making it easier to locate empty parking spaces, thus lowering the risk of distracted driving. By the use of sensors the drivers detect whether the space is empty or occupied and lights that indicate this, smart parking technology can help drivers locate spots. Vertical parking system main goal is to automate and decrease time spent manually searching for the optimal parking floor, spot and even lot.
