X-Wing

After seeing the Star Wars franchise come back to life a few years ago, I decided to make the X-wing. After a lot of shafts, mirrors, and multi-section surfaces, I arrived at the final product. I made an X-Wing from the Star Wars Franchise. It is detailed to the very rebel logo on top of the ship, four missile guns, four rocket propulsion systems, and a cockpit divided in two by the golden R2 unit. By adding the final touches through the “Painter” tool, the X-Wing rendered spectacularly. This project was created through CATIA V6. It required endless mirrors and shafts, but the most important tool was Multi-Section Surface.
